Health Care Bubble

What is a bubble? A bubble is to economy what tumor is to a living creature. It grows uncontrolled, consumes resources that drives other parts of the body into starvation, and finally if not the tumor alone the whole creature dies. A tumor is diagnosed by growth disproportionate to surrounding tissues, by loss of function, by internal degradation, by damaging neighboring organs, and by metastatic offshoots. The diagnosis of an economic bubble is easy if the bubble is about to burst, but as in human tumors we need an early diagnosis or if possible an effective prevention.
